Service Areas in Northern Colorado

I'm based in Greeley and drive the Front Range every week. Here's how onsite visits, remote help, and drop-off service work depending on your city.

Primary Service Area (Onsite + Remote, No Travel Fee)

These core cities get full onsite and remote support with no travel charge. If you need me in person, I block time on the calendar and show up—no minimums:

  • Greeley
  • Windsor
  • Loveland
  • Fort Collins
  • Evans
  • Garden City
  • Johnstown

Call or text, pick a time, and I'll handle it—no minimum hours. Remote support is instant regardless of city, so don't wait for me to drive over if it's something I can fix in ten minutes online.

Extended Service Area (May Include Travel Fee)

I also cover these towns. Quick remote work is billed normally; onsite visits may include a small travel fee when the drive eats an hour or more:

  • Ault
  • Eaton
  • LaSalle
  • Milliken
  • Severance
  • Timnath
  • Wellington
  • Berthoud
  • Firestone
  • Frederick

Send me your address and what you need. I'll tell you the travel amount (usually $25-50) before you approve anything. Managed clients and larger projects rarely see that fee.

Remote-Only Service

Remote sessions cover most software issues, so geography isn't a blocker. Here's how I break it down:

  • Anywhere in Colorado: Remote troubleshooting, patching, or consulting is fair game whether you're in Denver, the Western Slope, or the mountains. I just can't drive to you for hardware work.
  • Existing clients anywhere in the US: If you relocate or have a remote office, I keep handling software issues, Microsoft 365 changes, and security tasks from here.
  • New clients outside Colorado: I'll take on remote-only projects with a quick intro call—think cloud migrations, documentation, or advisory sessions—then we work over video and remote tools.

Remote support available nationwide. Current clients in Arizona, Iowa, Montana, and Florida.

Remote-friendly: Software troubleshooting, Windows or Mac updates, Microsoft 365 changes, email problems, printer drivers, cloud migrations, security scans, and most configuration work. Needs onsite: Hardware failures, cabling, new equipment installation, or anything that requires me to physically plug something in.

Drop-Off Service (Greeley Area)

If you're in the Greeley area and would rather drop off a desktop, laptop, or small device, we can handle it curbside. Here's how:

  1. Schedule a time: Text me to pick a drop-off window so I can open the gate and be available.
  2. Drop it off: Bring the device to my home office in Greeley (address shared after we schedule) and leave a quick note describing the issue.
  3. I work on it: Most tune-ups or virus cleanups take a few hours; deeper repairs might take a day or two. I send updates as I go.
  4. Pick it up: We review what changed, test it together, and you head out. Example: many laptop cleanups come in Monday night and go home Tuesday afternoon.

Important: This is not a walk-in retail shop, so please don't just show up. Drop-offs are by appointment only and work best for desktops, laptops, routers, and external drives—anything larger still gets an onsite visit.

Not Sure If You're in Range?

If your city isn't listed, text me your location and what you need fixed. I'll tell you immediately whether it's onsite, remote-only, or better handled by someone closer.

Borderline towns like Longmont or Estes Park sometimes make sense for ongoing managed IT if the scope justifies the drive. Ask and I'll give you a yes, no, or referral in a couple of minutes.
