Do you work evenings or weekends?
For emergencies and managed service clients, absolutely. Regular on-demand work is usually weekdays, but I'm flexible if you can't take time off work. Just ask.
Do you help home users or just businesses?
Both. I've helped home users set up networks, fix slow computers, and configure smart home devices. My residential rate is $125/hour. If you're not sure if your issue is worth it, text me and I'll tell you honestly.
What happens if you can't fix the problem?
If I can't fix it, you don't pay for my time. Simple as that. In 20 years, I've only had to say "I can't help" a handful of times. Usually it's hardware that's completely dead and needs replacing—which I'll help you do.
Do I have to sign a long-term contract?
Nope. Managed services are month-to-month after your first month. On-demand work has no contract at all. I don't believe in locking people in—if I'm not delivering value, you should be free to leave.
