How quickly can you help me?
I typically schedule residential appointments within 3-5 business days. Same-day emergency service is available at $150/hour. Many issues can be fixed remotely the same day you contact me.
Do you help with Macs or just PCs?
Both! Windows, Mac, Linux—I work with all of them. I also help with phones, tablets, printers, smart home devices, and pretty much anything with a chip in it.
Should I get the monthly package or pay hourly?
If you need help once a year, pay hourly. If you call me more than once every few months, the monthly package saves you money. It's also great for families with multiple devices or retirees who just want tech to work.
Can you fix my computer remotely?
Many problems can be fixed remotely—software issues, virus removal, configuration problems. If it needs hands-on work (hardware replacement, network setup), I'll come to you.
